Training
The SINGLE
MOST IMPORTANT RESOURCE of any organization
is its PEOPLE. Internal training programs ensure that
the skill level of employees keeps pace with the organization's
business environment. Collection training is an investment
and is essential to any successful collection program.
We not only offer training support with our software,
but more importantly, we can train your managers, professionals
and staff members on every aspect of the collection
process. Training will optimize individual performance
and improve dollars collected!
WE IDENTIFY TRAINING NEEDS in a client’s
bankruptcy, collection and recovery departments in the
following areas: telephone professionalism, speaking
and listening skills, problem resolution, analysis and
understanding of debtor motivation, negotiation techniques,
cultural diversity issues, the debt recovery cycle,
steps in dunning priority, and bankruptcy basics, avoidance
counseling, 341 hearing representation.
WE PROVIDE FDCPA TRAINING designed
to identify collector representation issues as they
deal with debtors and third-parties. This is, in part,
accomplished through a series of pre/post test analysis
and a in-depth section-by-section review of the Fair
Debt Collections Practices Act.
WE CAN EFFECT CHANGE - we are not limited
to identification and analysis of training problems;
we have developed, implemented and managed training
strategies in a variety of bankruptcy, collection and
recovery environments.
WE GO AWAY! When our work with you
is done, we leave. We are always available if you need
us again, but we won’t stay longer than is needed
to finish the job!

We provide expertise and counsel to the Creditor
or Government Agency involved with the risk and receivable
collections.
We assist with the identification of issues, problems
and assessments in the areas of bankruptcy, collection,
and recovery. Our review can encompass policies and
procedures and portfolio management in the areas of:
bankruptcy/bankruptcy avoidance, estate claim filing,
agency/attorney networks, litigation, repossession,
foreclosure, and commercial or installment loan workout.
We identify and address training needs in a client’s
bankruptcy, collection and recovery departments in the
following areas: telephone professionalism, speaking
and listening skills, problem resolution ability, analysis
and understanding of debtor motivation, negotiation
techniques, cultural diversity issues, the debt recovery
cycle, steps in dunning priority, bankruptcy basics
and avoidance techniques. All training is in compliance
with applicable State/Federal regulations and the Fair
Debt Collections Practices Act.
We engineer the best solutions for a Creditor’s
risk management environment either in a start-up, transition
or training mode. We can help a Creditor bridge into
a new operational mode or train staff. We can effect
“change” in a department or division that
may have lost sight of its charter or temporarily manage
an area which has had a recent departure of its manager.
We are not limited to identification and analysis of
problems; we have managed, trained, developed and implemented
strategy in many recovery environments.
